The organization targets critical community challenges including unemployment, teenage pregnancies and marriages, and the spread of preventable diseases, responding through community engagement, awareness campaigns, information sharing, and training programs. Led by a committed board of trustees and managed by a team of competent staff, CRSD collaborates closely with local stakeholders, development partners, and government agencies to implement sustainable, community-driven initiatives that improve livelihoods, uphold dignity, and foster social development.
